Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@globalglamllc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
